This last Friday Super fun. I played For Tony’s 80th. It was hosted by his daugher and attenedd by the rest of his Super beautiful family and many of his close friends.
I played a lot of Italian-( his daughter killing it on Sol Mio and among others! And then there was tons of Sinatra And Deano, and Nat King Cole and wow!
His Jr High School aged grandson Nathan sat in and burned it on sax. We had a blast! Nathan dedicated a Duke Ellington song to his Papa!
This was beautiful. My first time playing at The Villa in Woodland Hills. Such a beautiful venue. Great for parties and gatherings. It has several different cozy spaces inside and out. It’s very nice. It has a great European vibe and class to spare!
I really loved playing for this special day.
